SATURDAY - Discover Your ATS®

10am – 12:30pm

ATS® Anatomy of the Upper Body

So much of what makes ATS® stunning is strong posture and uplifted ribcage in our dance. In this workshop you will gain a deeper understanding behind the anatomy and technique in our upper body movements. Learn how to safely and effectively increase your range of motion for deeper torso movements including slow turns, rotations, undulations, laybacks and more.  We will also work on pranayama (breath control) to increase stamina and how to harness this energy to create a more powerful, energetic performance.

Once we have an understanding of the mechanics that drive our upper body movements, we’ll learn how to strengthen and lengthen these areas of the body so you can discover your full potential and get the most out of your ATS® movements.
