Shipping Policy:

Customer orders are shipped once a week usually on a Friday or Saturday. There may be the rare occasion where circumstances prevent this. In this case I would contact you via e-mail with an estimated shipping date. If you place your order on a Friday or a Saturday, please be aware that your product may not ship until the following Friday or Saturday. Shipments are done through the US Postal Service and are shipping from Iowa. E-mails will be sent when the product ships so it is important that you include your e-mail address when purchasing. If for some reason you do not receive your shipment, please contact me so we can determine what happened and how to make amends.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction with my product is of the utmost importance to me. If you are dissatisfied with one of my products, please contact me and I will do what I can to make it right. Please reference the return policy, product guarantee, and frequently asked questions for more information.

 

Product Guarantee:

I take pride in my bindis and they are designed for multiple uses. The ones I have made for myself have lasted for quite some time before needing replacement (some are going strong after almost two years of use). Therefore, if you have problems with the construction of the bindi, such as losing a crystal or the vinyl backing, within six months of the original purchase date please contact me*. I will request that the product be returned to me to see if it can be fixed. If it can not be fixed to your satisfaction, I will then either replace it with a product of comparable price or refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling.

Any other types of items sold on this site do not come with a product guarantee but again your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. Please reference the customer satisfaction and return policy sections for more information.

*The product guarantee does not apply to damage caused by improper use or handling of the item. Please see the frequently asked questions and the helpful information pages for information on how to properly care for your bindi.

 

Return Policy:

I hope that all my customers enjoy their product as much as I do. However, if you are not happy with the product after receiving it I do accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. I ask that you contact me for instructions, addresses, etc. and so that I know the return is coming and to look for it. Shipping costs for the returns are the responsibility of the customer. Most of the pieces I make are one of a kind so the probability of being able to get another product exactly the same is not good. However, we could exchange for a product of comparable price or I will offer a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charge. Refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned.
